John De Bono, Director and Principal Consultant, has lead hundreds of workshops tailored to specific groups and purposes. He attributes their success to an ability to work with each group’s collective wisdom and relates with participants in a spirit of collaboration and spontaneity.

With new awareness groups deepen understanding and are able to see wider visions, walk different paths and explore new possibilities. Group morale, role clarity, challenging work opportunities and team cohesion are directly linked to successfully achieving strategic outcomes.
