Intergenerational Workplaces

(Bridging The Gap)

This is the first time in history we have had four generations working together and it is important for business success that they work effectively and harmoniously together.

This is important for those looking to be strong leaders and managers in contemporary organisations.

In this workshop we examine the differences in beliefs, experience and behaviours of the four generation. We look at The Traditionals, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Gen Y in order to gain better insight into the reason for the differences.

Rather than lamenting these generational differences, we have the opportunity to capitalize on the best of all worlds if we can find effective ways of motivating and incentivising the different groups.

Our aim is to further develop understanding and create strategies to bridge the gap. Organisations that can do this benefit immensely from the new connections and exciting synergies between the complementary groups.
