Organisational Development

(The Goldfish Never Discovered Water…)

Through expansive roles as an educator, trainer, principal, executive and frontline manager together with his extensive work in organizational development, John is able to identify strengths and learning needs. The power of this approach is in the development of each groups’ emergent awareness of how and why it functions as it does. We know from our own experience, time and again that fresh objective eyes are most effective to reveal and progress group dynamics.

John utilizes a range of techniques to raise awareness through independent and external mirroring; after all the goldfish never discovered water. With new awareness groups can deepen understanding and are then able to see wider visions and walk different paths. This awareness re-energizes individuals and deepens relationships within the group enabling the process of transformation and of new possibilities.
