John De Bono, Director and Principal Consultant, has lead hundreds of workshops tailored to specific groups and purposes.
Jenna De Bono has joined John at GroupWise and are working together as a daughter/father team. Jenna brings a clinical lens to GroupWise and has a deep understanding and of the Australian healthcare system.
Their success is due to their ability to work with each group’s collective wisdom and relate with participants in a spirit of collaboration and spontaneity, while attending to the work at hand.
With new awareness groups deepen understanding and can see wider visions, walk different paths, and explore new possibilities. Group morale, role clarity, challenging work opportunities, and team cohesion are directly linked to successfully achieving strategic outcomes.

Professional Coaching
Professional Coaching is generative when it invokes and integrates our curiosity, awareness, attention, and intention. It involves being curious about our own personal functioning and how this growing awareness informs the intersections of our professional roles, relationships, and performance.
Workplace Mediation and Conflict Resolution
John is an accredited Mediator with the Resolution Institute, and he specialises in workplace mediation, facilitated discussions and restorative processes to resolve conflict.
Training Workshops
Our professional roles require us to have a range of skills that are performed at a consistently high level while engaging in busy and oftentimes challenging work environments. We know that successful teams pay attention to foundational principles and shared values, the more challenging the environment, the more values alignment, intentional culture, and communication matter.
